- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you include when you contact us, book a Content Day, sign up for a plan or send us a message.
- Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location, collected by our website host and, if we add them, analytics tools.
- Content we capture for clients. Video, photos and audio we record on a Content Day, which may show a client's employees, customers, vehicles and job sites. We handle this content under our agreement with that client.
How we use information
- To respond to you, schedule Content Days and provide our services
- To create, edit and publish content for our clients on the platforms they choose
- To send invoices, service updates and, if you agree, occasional marketing emails
- To keep our website secure and understand how it is used
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example website hosting, scheduling, email, file storage, editing tools and payment processors), with social media platforms when we publish content for a client, and when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not currently use cookies or store information in your browser. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, they may use cookies, and we will update this policy and offer choices where required.
People who appear in client content
Clients are responsible for getting permission from their employees and customers before they appear on camera. If you appear in content we produced and want it reviewed or removed, email us and we will work with the client to address it.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have additional rights. To make a request, email support@unrulymktg.com.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Our services
Unruly plans, films, edits and publishes video and photo content for home service businesses. The services, deliverables, schedule and price for each client are set out in a written proposal or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Plans and billing
Plan prices shown on this website, including the Monthly plan and the 3 + 1 Plan, are for reference and may change. Billing, payment timing, pausing, cancellation and refunds are governed by your service agreement.
Content Days and scheduling
Content Days are scheduled in advance within our service area. Scope and travel limits apply. We may reschedule for weather, safety or other conditions outside our control.
Your responsibilities
- Give us safe access to job sites and let us know about any site rules or hazards.
- Get permission from employees, customers and property owners before they or their property appear on camera.
- Make sure any offers, prices, licenses or claims we publish for you are accurate.
- Keep the logins you share with us secure, and tell us if access changes.
Ownership and use of content
Ownership of and rights to the content we create for you are set out in your service agreement. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show work we created for you in our portfolio and on our own channels.
Social media platforms
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google and other platforms are run by third parties. We do not control their rules, algorithms, outages or account decisions, and we are not responsible for them.
No guaranteed results
Content can help a business get found and build trust, but we cannot promise specific views, followers, leads, rankings or revenue.
Website content
The text, design, logos, video and images on this site belong to Unruly or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Sample brands shown are for illustration.
Links to other sites
This site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
